Get it running. Diagnostic: needs a new fuel tank and a new sending unit and a new battery.
Remove and replace gas tank and sending unit.
Remove tailgate, transfer hardware to new tailgate and install it. Bed has rust, cut out rusty areas front of bed and replace it with new bed panels, remove passenger side tub, fix rusty supports. Gring welds on bed, seam sealer and paint black welded areas.
Paint new tailgate and bed. Remove and replace fuel line and carburetor hard line.
Metal work on the driver’s side door, fender and rocker. Remove wheels and dismount tires, sand blast and paint wheels. Mount and balance the tires. Remove and replace windshield gaskets.
Body work on driver and passenger side outer rockers, adjust door gaps to make them even, paint outer rockers reinstall windshield. Install bumper. Fix license plate light, marker lights. Change out flasher.
Remove and rebuild the carburetor. Install side moldings. Install carburetor, check for leaks, adjust alternator belt. Remove the rust on drip rail by cutting, fabricating, welding, grinding and applying primer.
Disassembly driver side door panel, remove glass window and rail, glue glass window to rail, re-install window and re-assembly door panel. Remove and replace doors seals, vent window seals, install driver and passenger side window seal, inner felt and outer window seal.
Replace windshield wipers. Prepare and paint outter cab and door frames white.
Re-install doors panels. Remove and replace the carpet.
Re-install seat belts, seat and new bolts, install new thresh holds, glue rear view mirror mount plate and install rear view mirror.
